Stella Fey Epling: Perjurer? Hypocrite? Cry Baby?

We Believe So!

Has one of Capella's attorneys, Stella Fey Epling, committed perjury? We believe so! We urge you to decide for yourself. In addition to other nonsense, Stella Fey Epling stated to the court on October 31, 2005 that:

"I am familiar with Plaintiff’s websites [sic] – www.capellauniversity.org [this site] and www.capellanazis.com. In or around July 2005 I first visited those sites and reviewed disparaging statements about Capella. Shortly thereafter, my access and the access of all computers, nationwide, at my law firm was revoked. After attaching documents to the counterclaim which were printed from another remote computer I used to access the sites, I was no longer able to access the sites from that IP address. I have observed that plaintiff appears to update his websites [sic] continuously.

"I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. Executed this 31st day of October 2005, in San Francisco, California."

Perjury?

As clearly noted above, Stella Fey Epling declares under penalty of perjury that she first visited "www.capellanazis.com. . .in or around July 2005. . .and reviewed disparaging statements about Capella" Well, Stella Fey Epling is a liar! That web site did not exist until on or after October 8, 2005 - three (3) months after she told the court she saw it!

Lack of Ethics?

Gosh, why would anyone think that of an attorney (i.e., Capella Stella Fey Epling) who offers to write letters for law enforcement agencies in an attempt to exhonerate her client? That; however, is exactly what Capella Stella tried to do with a law enforcement agency that is investigating Capella University at this very moment! Don't believe it? Then read the actual e-mail that she sent to a Federal law enforcement agency in which she did just that! Somehow, we can't help but wonder if she is so arrogant as to offer to write judges' opinions to get her clients off the hook too. Heck, why not just let Capella Stella be the judge and jury for all of her clients? Somehow, we think that any court of law would find that to be grossly unethical.

Hypocrites and Cry Babies?

Oh poor Capella University and their Dream Team! They claim they can't access this or other web sites (and yet they've have no problem cutting down rain forests in order to make copies of these same sites to spew at the court) - Boohoo! It's only too bad that these hypocrites don't bother to note that they completely block all access to their own (Capella's) web site, without notice or warning, to students they retaliate against! Boohoo, boohoo!
